Traveling Project Superintendent

Job Description

Ability to travel throughout NC, SC, VA & GA based on project location need.
Provide oversight for all aspects of the assigned construction project.
Responsible for site safety and adherence to OSHA standards and specific client/site requirements.
Communicate effectively with all parties involved in the construction process.
Develop and manage project schedules.
Manage subcontractors’ performances and relationships.
Maintain daily safety and activity documentation for all field activities.
Coordinate and manage weekly onsite subcontractor coordination meetings.
Maintain a clean and efficient job site.
Work in conjunction with the Project Manager to ensure adherence to the project budget.
Responsible for project quality and compliance with project drawings and specifications.
Basic technology and computer skills (MS Office).

Preferred Skills

3-5 years of experience as a Project Superintendent or Assistant Superintendent.
Ability to travel throughout NC, SC, VA & GA based on project location need.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technology.
OSHA 10- & 30-hour certification.
