“Kirkland Construction helped me upfit my dental office space, Gate City Dental, in 2020. Having completed two total home renovations in the past, this was my first commercial construction project and was by far the easiest, most well-organized, and most timely project that I have ever worked on. This is 100% due to Kirkland Construction and Michelle Lambert of Lambert Design Group. I worked closely with Gary Falk, Adam Chaney, and Billy Talbert, and from the start, Kirkland set up meetings to help hire the right architect and space designer for me and gave an accurate timeline. We had a deadline for when our practice would open in the new space, and this was not an issue because of the organization of the project and the reliable subcontractors that were used. In addition, throughout the span of the project, we were able to stay on budget and any overages were because of things I added. The additions were always discussed in detail beforehand so I knew that there would be an additional cost.
